Which YBell is right for you?

There is a YBell for everyone with 5 sizes ranging from extra small (4.5kg) to extra large (12kg). Check out the following guide to find the right YBell for you!

I've never trained before.

You should consider using the smallest YBell (XS) 4.5kg. Some people may be able to use the Small (S) 6kg.

I train a few times a week, but don't use weights.

You should consider using the Extra Small (XS) 4.5 kg or the Small (S) 6 kg YBell. Some people may be able to use the Medium (M) 8kg YBell.

I train a few times a week and use weights like kettlebells or dumbbells.

You should consider using the Small (S) 6 kg or Medium (M) 8kg YBell. Some people may be able to use a Large (L) 10kg YBell.

I train every day and am super fit.

You should consider using the Medium (M) 8kg YBell, Large (L) 10kg YBell or Extra Large (XL) 12kg YBell.
