For me changing from conventional training equipment to YBell has been a game changer. No longer am I changing equipment to do a particular exercise as I can do everything using YBell. My 60 minute workout has gone to 45 minutes because I am not moving to different pieces of equipment. The range of exercises that can be done using one or two YBells are endless and they are small and compact. I feel my overall cardio and endurance has definitely improved!
