YBell is the future of fitness.

The one piece of equipment for EVERY BODY.

YBell is an all-in-one piece of fitness equipment with endless workouts.

YBell replaces a kettlebell, dumbbell, double grip medicine ball, and push up stand and allows unique YBell exercises all with the one piece of equipment.

YBell has been carefully designed by experts in fitness and industrial design to make it easy and accessible for everybody.

From elite sporting teams and trainers, to rehabilitation or your own workout at home, YBell is an easy-to-use multipurpose fitness tool that delivers a proven efficient workout. Training is designed to use 1 or 2 of the same size YBell for the entire workout.

Choose a YBell that you can comfortably squat with, press over your head, arm curl and lunge with, at least 5 times in a row.

For me changing from conventional training equipment to YBell has been a game changer. No longer am I changing equipment to do a particular exercise as I can do everything using YBell. My 60 minute workout has gone to 45 minutes because I am not moving to different pieces of equipment. The range of exercises that can be done using one or two YBells are endless and they are small and compact. I feel my overall cardio and endurance has definitely improved!

I have been using YBell since the first prototypes were developed in 2016. They are amazing and versatile pieces of exercise equipment which allow you to do a workout that would previously have involved 4 or more different sets of apparatus. They are great for strenth training, weight loss or all round fitness. I have lost over 8kg since I started using them.

I’m not going to lie – I was a little sceptical when first introduced to YBell… I liked the familiar routine of dumbells; kettle bells; med-balls and bar bells. Motivated by Az’s enthusiasm for the YBell, I gave them a go and soon appreciated that they gave me everything I got with the old equipment and more. Now YBell aren’t just “part of my trianing” but they are how I train.
